The Office of Police Accountability is open by appointment only Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The office is closed on City holidays.

We are located in downtown Seattle at 720 3rd Avenue, 18th floor, inside the Pacific Building. The entrance is on 3rd Avenue between Cherry Street and Columbia Street.
